Foxtrot is a growing convenience store that offers everyday, thoughtfully curated goods through their 12 locations as well as digitally. Get it delivered in under 30 minutes, or stop by and stay awhile in one of their cafés. It’s the kind of place to enjoy good coffee while snacking on a cosmic brownie before picking up the rosé you promised to bring home to your boo.
Foxtrot came to us with a logo, but they needed a visual identity to create a more memorable customer experience at their Chicago, Dallas and DC stores. We developed custom typography, illustration and packaging that helped them speak more clearly to their audience as a curator of high-quality goods.
Foxtrot’s identity is all about everyday joy. Conversational, neighborly and familiar—it’s nostalgia made new. The result is a system that feels recognizable while never failing to surprise and delight.

We created a quirky illustration set to use in various applications from packaging and print to social. Each illustration is a slightly left-of-center depiction of thoughts of community, friends and fun.

As a small start-up, we had an idea what we were, but Jeff and team helped us find who we are.
